OK,
solved it.

I had to install SBS and after a "sbs -e"
the "arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc -o hello-world-arm-SLP hallo_welt.c"

works fine with the arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc (SLP 4.5.3-1ubuntu2slp2+s1)

I do not know why the arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc of
the SDK not works but the SBS is fine for me!
