[Dev] Is there a choosen way of logging events from native or system services in Tizen?

Does this mean we could remove dlog from the image. Right now it's 
running as root (two processes) if we are using systemd to do all the 
logging running 2 additional processes as root seems an overkill. Maybe 
we could at least try to move dlog to a non-root user.
