[Dev] systemd --user in tizen (was : Systemd need to regain alignment with upstream sync model)

where are we with this realignment ?
Systemd upstream is at 215 (03jul14) and we are still at 208 (02Oct13)
with many patches and bugs.
Could the maintainer explains us what is his plan to correct that
