[Dev] [Tizen Product-dev] Tizen on MIPS arch

It's Tizen 3.0. Currently we are using common profile, but we switched to
it not so long ago from ivi.
Kernel version is 3.3.8. There is no changes in kernel,  shouldn't depend
on bootloader or etc. Just change configuration to fit Tizen requriments
and it should be ok!
