That is not a leak, that is the normal behaviour of the caches of the
kernel. You can control it using slabinfo (man 5). For the test made, I
found that you should tune the caches of names:
proc_inode_cache, inode_cache, ext4_inode_cache, ext4_extend_status,
dentry
