[Dev] Tizen Build Using Yocto - bitbake error mesa_10.1.3.bb, do_configure

Dear kevin, Xavier,

I'm not able to figure out what is going wrong with do rootfs and
installation, which in turn is giving rise to error: package .....   is
intended for a different operating system.

Any inputs from your side is highly appreciated.
