Most probably you are facingconflicts between packages provided by Ubuntu and packages from tizen.org.

The module shown in your logs comes from git-buildpackage-rpm. This tools package is provided for Tizen in version 0.6.15-tizen20140828.

But the same package appears in Ubuntu, starting from Vivid 15.04. And its versionis 0.6.22. This gives higher priority to the Ubuntu package. That package provides different contents and is not compatible with other Tizen tools, giving you the error.

I was facing very similar problem on Ubuntu Testing, which also provides the package in higher version. There is quite simple workaround for it.
Perform these steps as root:

  * echo -e "Package: *\nPin: origin download.tizen.org\nPin-Priority: 1001" >/etc/apt/preferences.d/tizen
  * apt-get update
  * apt-get dist-upgrade

This will downgrade all Tizen tools to versions from tizen.org and ensure them higher priority than packages from Ubuntu, overriding package version ordering.
