[Dev] Updated tutorial for building and booting Tizen with Yocto on MinnowBoard MAX

Hi Leon,

Thanks for the update. I think it could be great to add some words to
say that building Yocto Tizen without meta-intel layers, just the
generic x86-64 works fine on the MMX. (And with that way you have the
3.14 kernel)
